Before returning a GnotJ product, please take a moment to acknowledge how our products are made. Most of our products are intricately handcrafted by traditional craftspersons in India, which result in each product being unique and slightly different from the other. All our products go through intensive quality control and checks before being shipped.
Since each product is handmade and manufactured on request we do not accept returns/ refunds. We do offer exchanges and credit notes.
Exchanges will be accepted ONLY if your order is tampered with/damaged in transit or if you receive an incorrect product. We DO NOT refund in case the customer does not like the product. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase. We do not exchange/refund if there are sizing issues. However, in case your order is damaged in transit, or if you have received the wrong product: you may return them in the exact way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging and an untampered tag). We do not exchange items bought on sale or on custom orders. A product can only be exchanged ONCE through the course of the order.
STEPS TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE:
1. Please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. You must email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us, mentioning the order number and a picture of the product received.
2. it is up to the discretion of the GnotJ Quality Control team to decide whether the product is approved for return/exchange.
3. Once we receive your email and our Quality Control team authorizes the return/exchange for the damaged/incorrect product, we will arrange for a collection of the product.
4. We shall dispatch the fresh/correct product only when we receive the damaged/incorrect product.
5. The product must be packed in the same way as received before it is picked up for an exchange.
6. Product must be unused and untampered with to be eligible for exchange.
7. It may take longer than usual to ship the exchanged product.
8. All exchanges are subject to the availability of stock.
REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:
1. Packages that are lost in transit.
Only in this case will there be a REFUND in the form of store credit or the payment source.
Refund will be initiated within 3 to 5 working days.
All products sold on this website have an authenticity guarantee. However, we cannot comment on the authenticity of items NOT purchased from www.gnotj.com.
International Return/Exchange Policy:
All sales are final. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges.
For the rare cases of exchange, which is solely at the discretion of the GNotJ team, shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.
