Within India:

• Free shipping for orders within India. GST is included in the MRP.

• Additional charge as per actuals for orders delivered to remote areas.

• Shipping time depends on your location. There may be additional charges for orders to Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states and it may be a tad bit longer delivery time.

• Once processed, you will get a confirmation email on your order. Your order will be shipped from our center and you will be notified as and when that is done.

• In the circumstance of an item being sold out, you will be notified.

• Orders that are placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. This could vary according to your location. However the READY TO SHIP pieces get processed within 48 to 72 hours of the order being placed.

• Address change will be approved ONLY if your order has NOT been dispatched from our warehouse.

• Orders that are placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the closest business day.

• Tracking information will be provided through a confirmation email as soon as the order is shipped. 

• Although we are not liable for further delays caused by natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, we will sincerely help track the order with our delivery partner if there are any problems at their end.

Orders that are tampered with or damaged, can be refused at the time of delivery. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement is sent to you at the earliest.

International Shipping:  

• Shipping charges may vary according to the country where the order is placed from.

• Prices do NOT include custom duties and taxes.

• Most in-stock items will reach in 15-20 business days after receiving your order. Delivery delays may be caused due to customs. Therefore, it is unfortunate that we cannot guarantee a time frame for the same.

• All internationally shipped orders are subject to additional charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country. GnotJ has no control over these costs.

• All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

Each country has different policies for purchases made internationally and unfortunately, we cannot determine these charges and how long it takes to clear the package.
