Product samples lent to you by GnotJ Jewellery for promotional material, editorial use, photography or any other reason will be charged for in full if not returned in perfect condition. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by us, samples must be returned to us within 7 working days from the day of receipt.

Since each product is handmade and manufactured at request, order once placed cannot be cancelled.
